No! Fall Fest is free to attend, and there is no admission fee. However, tickets will be needed to participate in certain activities and purchase baked goods. Food and drinks from our food trucks can be purchased separately using cash or a credit card.

Yes, please! To keep Fall Fest safe and enjoyable for everyone, we need an accurate headcount and must stay within our event capacity.

Your RSVP should include everyone attending with you, including children, grandparents, friends, and any alumni families or other guests you've invited.

Already RSVPed but need to add someone? No problem! Simply complete another RSVP form with the additional guests or email jbays@mcswestlake.org, and we'll help you update your count.

Parking in the MCS lot will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We're also working with local police to arrange additional parking along Hilliard Boulevard.

Want a guaranteed parking spot? We have just nine reserved parking spaces available for purchase through our Fall Fest RSVP form, with all proceeds supporting the MCS Scholarship Fund.

As we get closer to Fall Fest, we'll update this guide with additional parking details and share updates through Brightwheel.

You can donate directly through our Fall Fest donation page. You don't need to attend Fall Fest to contribute, and donations of any size are welcome.

Every dollar raised through our Fall Fest scholarship fundraiser supports the MCS Scholarship Fund, helping make a Montessori education accessible to more children and families.

Montessori Children's School is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and charitable contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Your generosity directly supports our mission of making quality Montessori education available to more families in our community.

We'd love to have your contribution! Auction donations can include physical items, gift certificates, services, lessons, experiences, or even a special talent you'd like to share.

Visit our online auction page when bidding opens Monday, October 19, at 5:00 PM. Browse the items, find something you'd love to win, and follow the prompts to register and place your bid.

The live auction link will be shared through Brightwheel and Instagram.

Prefer to bid in person? We'll have a super-fancy auction tent staffed by Mr. Lawrence and his trusty crew, ready to help you browse and bid using our MCS iPads. We'll also have QR codes scattered throughout the school grounds, just in case you need a little extra temptation. ;)

No! The auction is online, so friends, grandparents, alumni, and community members can bid from anywhere.

Absolutely! Come hungry! We've got Barrio serving up tacos and Happy Camper keeping everyone refreshed with lemonade and hot cocoa. Both food truck partners are generously donating 10% of their sales to our Scholarship Fund!

Here's how food purchases work:

• Popcorn by Olivia: Tickets

• Fall Fest Bake Sale: Tickets

• Bottled Water: Tickets

Food truck purchases are made directly with the vendors, while popcorn, baked goods, and bottled water are purchased using Fall Fest tickets.

Live music (fingers crossed), face painting, balloon fun, family photo opportunities, our bake sale, costume contest, scholarship auction, and more. It's an evening designed for the whole family!

Ready to show off your Halloween creativity? Simply complete our Costume Contest Sign-Up Form to enter!

We'll have judges, a mystery prize for the winner, and, of course, some serious bragging rights. Costumes are encouraged, whether you're entering the contest or just joining in the Fall Fest fun!

We'd love your help! Volunteer opportunities are included in the same form as our Fall Fest RSVP. Whether you can lend a hand for 30 minutes or help throughout the event, every bit of time is appreciated!
